Mary, Mary Quite Contrary How Does Your Garden Grow?

Well, if it's anything like mine then it doesn't! I love flowers and gardens but, boy do I have a black thumb. Not to mention a distaste for manual labor in 100 degree weather. What's a girl to do? Luckily, we that are horticulturally-challenged may not be able to grow a garden, but we can decorate a garden!

I love anything made of iron, concrete, wicker or bamboo:



Adorable concrete fountain



Nice old English gates



A real park bench (just add pidgeons)



Neat pair of English chimney pots would make great planters or use as a console table base



Pair of frilly tall English gates



Great pair of English driveway gates painted red



Marble Top sewing machine base would make a great potting table.



How could you not love a lavender birdcage?




The sweetest little shabby chic iron bench!

    The bench looks tiny in the pic but it is a normal size. Bad photography!

    I think that's an excellent idea! And, to be sure, a lot of items that can be used to decorate your garden can be found at LOTS. It's on of my favorite places.
